To make a High PDI Pellet:

1.  Charge all feed ingredients to blender.

2.  If possible, add Nutri-Binder® SUPER POWDER continuously while charging feed ingredients.
If continuous addition is not possible, add Nutri-Binder® SUPER POWDER last  (on top of feed
in blender).  NEVER ADD IN THE BOTTOM OF MIXER OR AS THE FIRST INGREDIENT - THIS WILL
    NOT GET MIXED PROPERLY.

3.  Mix for as long as possible in order to get the small concentration of Nutri-Binder® SUPER
POWDER spread uniformly.  Each particle of feed ingredient needs to be coated with Nutri-
    Binder
® SUPER POWDER.

4.  Activate with steam.  It takes temperature and moisture (steam or water) to activate
Nutri-Binder® SUPER POWDER.  Run temperature as high as possible for best results.

For 3/16" and 1/4" pellets, mill temperature should be 160°F or above.  For 3/8" and larger
pellets, temperature should be 140°F or above.  Where possible, temperatures of 190-200°F
are desirable - the higher the better.

The use of steam enhancers will assist in achieving higher temperatures.  The earlier in the
manufacturing cycle that steam activation can occur, the better.
